CREATIVE DIRECTOR

I'm a multidisciplinary video creator, editor, and digital storytelling lead with over a decade of experience across audiovisual production, marketing, and creative strategy. My career began in live visuals and projections for electronic music events, where I learned how rhythm, emotion, and image work together to capture attention in real time and create immersive experiences.

From there, I moved into marketing, branded content, and high-end visual production, including work connected to Hollywood-grade projects. Those years shaped my sense of craft, pacing, and visual storytelling at scale, while also teaching me how to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.

As my career evolved, I transitioned into leading creative processes and teams, working closely with brands, creators, and startups. I've led and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams of designers, editors, and directors, developing editorial, design, and marketing assets across multiple platforms. My focus has always been on consistency, impact, and storytelling that aligns creative vision with business goals.

I've spearheaded the development of dozens of digital and video-driven experiences—ranging from YouTube and social-first content to educational platforms and branded media—helping generate new revenue streams, grow audiences, and strengthen brand positioning. I'm deeply involved in the full creative pipeline: concept development, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, sound design, and final delivery.

A big part of my work today is transforming long-form or complex material into compelling, multi-format content. I regularly work with unscripted footage, interviews, podcasts, and live recordings, identifying the moments that matter and shaping them into high-retention videos for YouTube, short-form vertical platforms, and paid media.

I also bring a strong strategic layer to my creative work. I use data, performance insights, and AI-powered tools to inform creative decisions, optimize workflows, and scale content production without sacrificing quality or authenticity. My approach is hands-on and collaborative: I work alongside teams, lead by example, and believe the best ideas come from clarity, experimentation, and iteration.

I'm comfortable wearing multiple hats—creative lead, video editor, producer, strategist—and I thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership, taste, and execution matter. For me, great creative work is earned. A video is only as powerful as the message it carries, the emotion it creates, and the result it delivers.
